Need a favor — covering for {coworker_name} tomorrow

Hi {staff_first_name},

{coworker_name} called out for tomorrow ({date}), and I'm trying to cover {their_room_or_shift}. Is there any chance you could come in {time_window}?

I know last-minute asks aren't fair — I'll {what_you_will_do_to_make_it_right — e.g., make sure you get the next Friday off you ask for, comp the overtime, trade you for a half day next week}. No pressure at all if it doesn't work for you — I'm asking a few people.

Let me know either way as soon as you can. Thanks for everything you do.
