Something Big is Coming!
January 1, 2026

Childcare leadership is about to get a whole lot lighter. Leadership training, ready-to-use tools, and a private community of directors and owners. Built by people who spent 30 years running childcare programs, not studying them.

Want to Help Us Test-Drive Director Zen?

Before we officially launch, we’re inviting a small group of childcare owners and directors to get an early look at Director Zen. Explore the site. Try the resources. Tell us what’s useful, what’s missing and what could work better for someone actually running a childcare program. Your feedback will help us make Director Zen more useful before we open the doors to everyone.
